Fall is finally here! Remember basic home maintenance for the fall:- Service Furnace
- Add Weather Stripping if needed
- Clean out gutters
- Winterize Sprinklers!
And promise me that you will rake the biggest pile of leaves and jump in!
VERY IMPORTANT: If you are thinking about selling in the spring........you need to get ready NOW! There have been a lot of people waiting to see what happens to the real estate market and they can't wait any longer...they need to move!! I forsee a lot of new listings in the first quarter of next year. If you are not prepared and ready, you will get lost in the inventory. There are key things to be doing now in order to get Under Contract faster, quicker, and for a higher price.

what things would i need to do?
There are several things to be done. Each individual home is different but some key things to be concentrating on: de-cluttering, boxing things and putting them away, cleaning baseboards, vaulted ceilings and ledges, cleaning and minimizing storage space.....and then depending on your specific home, getting things together that were suggested by the stager that I would provide for you.
