Winter has offically arrived and the Denver market is about to explode!  Thanks to the media, many of us have had a skewed impression of what is actually going on in the Denver market.   Here are some things that you should know about and why NOW is the time to gear up and get ready to Sell, Buy, and Invest:

What does this all mean?  Well, contrary to what you are hearing, the Denver market has been stabilizing and in many areas (areas that most of my clients live and work) may begin to see appreciation.  You need to know and deserve to know the truth about your immediate neighborhood.  Through proper education, I can help you achieve your goals.  Don't miss out because you were incorrectly informed!  There is current speculation that there might even be a loan available at a 4.5% fixed rate for 30 years for a new purchase, owner occupied property.  Opportunities are constantly presenting themselves......I want you to be ready for them.......especially for the opportunities in 2009!!

There have been a lot of people waiting to see what happens to the real estate market and they can't wait any longer...they need to move!! I forsee a lot of new listings in the first quarter of next year. If you are not prepared and ready, you will get lost in the inventory. There are key things to be doing now in order to get Under Contract faster, quicker, and for a higher price.

Your specific neighborhood could be what every buyer is trying to find right now! I have worked with over a dozen buyers who have written over 4 offers each trying to find the right home. They are starving out there!! Besides a lot of junk and homes that need a lot of work, there is nothing that a buyer can move right into for a good price. Most buyers want a decent home in excellent condition and there's no inventory for them to choose from. Where have we been looking??
